Ocean Observing System for Santos Basin, known as Blue Project (Projeto Azul) – is currently one of the projects developed by BG in cooperation with UFRJ. With an area of 8700 m² in the Science Park, the Center was designed to promote the integration of geosciences and engineering. The laboratory has focused on solving the challenges associated with the development of hydrocarbon resources in Brazil’s deep water, including pre-salt reservoirs.
